Tyler Miller and Michaela Miller met in the USVI while working in the luxury travel industry. After Hurricane Irma and Maria, they traveled throughout the U.S. with their corporate careers until they were able to return to the Caribbean. Upon returning, with their love for the Virgin Islands and their experience in the travel industry, they started Caribbean Concierge so that they could continue to share their passion for the islands with people from all over the world.
Caribbean Concierge was founded in 2020 by Michaela & Tyler in their living room. It has now served thousands of travelers to the USVI with hundreds of local partnerships and an incredible team that truly makes vacation dreams come true every single day!
Michaela & Tyler only partners with seasoned, licensed, and insured activities, boat charters, and villas to ensure that you have the best experience in St. Thomas and St. John. They believe in authentic, unforgettable, and unique experiences. At the heart of Caribbean Concierge is our incredible Concierge Director, Melissa Johnson. Melissa joined Caribbean Concierge in 2021 and has brought joy to our team every since! With a passion for seamless service and an eye for detail, Melissa is the engine that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
From the moment a trip is booked to the final farewell, she fine-tunes every aspect of the experience—coordinating logistics, anticipating needs, and adding those personalized touches that turn a great vacation into an unforgettable one.

Michaela started Caribbean Concierge with one goal in mind: to make vacation planning feel easy, personal, and completely stress-free. With a background in hospitality and a serious love for the Virgin Islands, she turned her passion into a business that’s now helped thousands of travelers have unforgettable stays.
As Director of Operations, Michaela’s the one making sure everything runs smoothly—from coordinating with property owners and vendors to keeping our systems organized behind the scenes. If something needs improving, streamlining, or reimagining, she’s already on it.
What started as a small idea has grown into a go-to concierge service for travelers looking for a more elevated, customized experience.
