Caribbean Concierge is a no cost concierge service. We do not charge our guests a fee for working with us. We receive a commission from the companies you book with through our site at the same rate or lower than any other site.

If you live in the United States, you do not need a passport to travel to St. Thomas or St. John! There are also no COVID requirements or restrictions.

We recommend booking your activities as soon as you know what you want to do! Most give a refund if canceled 48 hours before the activity (see cancellation policies upon booking), so it’s best to secure it ahead of time, and if something comes up, you can always adjust.

You fly into the St. Thomas Cyril E. King Airport (STT) and take a ferry to St. John.

We do drive on the left side of the road (opposite of the U.S.), but the steering wheels are also on the left side (the same as the U.S.).

Yes. There are taxis here, but there is no Uber or Lyft. We recommend SUVs, Jeeps, and 4-wheel drive vehicles to drive to most villas and home rentals.

Yes, most boat charters come with a licensed captain. We recommend using a charter with the captain, as it’s the best way to experience a day on the water in the U.S.V.I.
