Professional, personable, timely, consistent… I have nothing but good vibes for this company. Would never have known about them if not for Expedia/VRBO but I would definitely recommend saving the third-party fees for “big box” travel agencies and going straight to the source for booking anything. I’ll definitely take that route if we go back to the USVI!

Michaela and the Caribbean Concierge team was amazing! First trip to St. John to celebrate my 40th and they helped our group of 10 set up dinners, boat charters, beach passes, taxis etc. Could not have planned the trip without them. Thanks for all of your help and for making our trip special!

Michaela with Caribbean Concierge helped me to book a wonderful unforgettable vacation. She answered my questions daily and gave me lots of helpful advice. She built a custom itinerary for me. She saved me a total of $991 (would have been more but only three people went parasailing). She provided peace of mind for this first time visitor and worry wart. I just couldn’t possibly recommend her enough.

Michaela was absolutely amazing! She planned our whole trip to St. John and St. Thomas and got us amazing villas to stay in. We also took a beautiful yacht out overnight and got to swim in beautiful beaches. Whenever I needed her or had any questions, she was thoughtful, replied promptly and was always accessible. She was sweet, kind and genuine throughout the whole process and made the vacation as seamless as possible. We truly appreciate all her efforts and recommend her to everyone we know.
