AN UNFORGETTABLE DAY ON THE WATER!
During this afternoon adventure with Reef Surfari, you’ll head to two snorkel locations in the Virgin Islands National Park around St John.
You’ll get access to the best spots to see turtles, beautiful coral, and a plethora of tropical fish!
When you’re done snorkeling, you’ll pick up pizza at a local favorite, Pizza Pi. The bar will be open with rum punch, painkillers, beer, sodas, and water for your refreshment.
After pizza, you’ll cruise through the islands around St. Thomas and St. John to get in the best position for the sunset.
This is when the captain cranks up the jams to get the party started, while the mates tend the open bar, and we dance the sunset away!

- Use of snorkeling equipment
- Soda & Water + Open Bar after snorkeling
- Pizza from Pizza Pi or another pizza restaurant (when Pizza Pi is closed in off season) is provided after the second snorkel stop, typically between 5:00-5:30 PM.
- Chips and cookies are available after the first snorkel stop.
- In accordance with our CUA permit issued by the National Park Service, we can start serving alcohol at the second snorkel location after you are finished swimming.

Start: Ocean Surfari – Reef Surfari Snorkel Excursions, Smith Bay Rd, Red Hook, St Thomas 00802, USVI
- St. Thomas departure: We depart at 2:00pm. Meet at our retail store, “Ocean Surfari” next to the Ferry Terminal in Red Hook. *****DO NOT USE OUR STREET ADDRESS WITH ANY NAVIGATION APP*****
- St. John departure: We depart at 2:30pm. Meet at our retail store “Ocean Surfari” next to the public ferry dock in Cruz Bay.
End: You will be dropped off at the initial meeting point; around 7pm for St. John and 7:30pm for St. Thomas.
NOTE: This trip is not recommended for cruise ship passengers. Cruise ship ports are 30 minutes from our dock and we cannot guarantee you will make it back to the ship on time. -
Reef Surfari will depart at 2:00 from the dock at American Yacht Harbor in Red Hook on St Thomas and swing over to Cruz Bay to pick up our St John guests at 2:30.
Please arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour early for check-in. The boat will not wait, and refunds will not be issued for late arrivals.
